the greatest reason I like HSBC is cause I opened my account online ... I never had to talk to any person ... I never received emails or letters which were sent by people ... people have feelings and that is what makes them so full of shit ... they put their feelings into their work ...

you have to be nice with people to get your work done ... you can't be rude and expect them to do your work ... when dealing with machines and automated systems ... everything is clear ... there is no rainy day there is no night there is no my husband didn't fuck me last night so I'm gonna be a bitch at work today ... there are no dmv lines ... I don't remember standing in line for any of the things that had to do with my HSBC account ...

I even sent you a copy of my Driver's License ... check your file ... you like wasting people's time don't you ???
