Yes, they are different things, saying one need international governance for SPECIFIC issues which he mentioned (like climate change and globalization) because the problems are not contained within national borders doesn't mean that he is advocating that there should be a single world government. If he wanted to say one world government then he would have said so, you are trying to impose YOUR conspiracy on the term for your narrative.
United Nations isn't a single government, cooperation between international entities doesn't mean one world government.

I never said a thing about "all black people". There are many black people who do not support violent BLM protests. There are many black people who I work with, who live in my community, and are very decent people.
This thread is about George Soros' OSF providing financial support for BLM organizations (something that the minutes of their own meetings state they do), and these organization spending the money on creating protests via social media (which is their entire stated purpose), and the regularity that these protests turn violent & violate the law.
I am following the facts... while you are merely diverging into the type of fact-free nonsense you spew above.
You are not following facts, funding a group doesn't mean the group was anyway involved in the violence and in this instant you have provided no evidence that OSF funded groups acted in any violent way.
