Toniâs post may be slanted (and a bit long winded), but I donât think the statement about âequal pay for equal workâ is feminist, and I donât think it is advocating affirmative action or any other political position. I for one hope not â they are really separate problems.

Money, or lack of it, is at least one explanation of why more women donât trade. There are others that are equally valid.

Everyone needs to vent. I hope you are not this emotional when you trade.

Might be a good reason : a man offering money to a woman to get sex can get jailed (depending on the countries). A woman asking money for her services wont, it is normal and official.
