Why does UPST halt on earnings?

Just curious as to why it does.

That is the second time it happens with UPST.

One time I believe on NVAX as well.

Must be some form of velocity logic halt. Most stock exchanges have it, I believe.

The company had requested the Exchange to halt it so their EPS can be digested equally by everyone.

Yes. Halts due to news pending used to happen all the time.
