Why Does The RNC Let Liberals Run The GOP Debates?

I apologize for getting on topic, but these GOP debates have become same 'ol same 'ol.
Romney is in because the elite arm of the Republican Party says so.
He is being forced on the people.
Obama probably gets another term.
Many conservatives will stay home rather than vote for Romney.
