it is bad data (ie it didn't happen).
bad data can appear in TWS or any other charting software.

just ignore the bad data.

Is there such a graphic on your TWS platform?

Is it the same as mine?

Huge volatility in an instant will have a bad influence on trading.
Orders that you don't want to trigger, stop losses that you don't want to trigger, are suddenly triggered.
Cause a terrible loss to yourself.

there is no spike in my Esignal charting s/w.
 
It is the broker data that's showing you that massive spike,
Compare it on Trading View with FXCM or OANDA broker.
i trade EURUSD everyday and never seen any price spike like to those levels.
