OK...You ask if I know of any of their leadership engage in suicide bombing attack...
1) they can no longer be in " leadership" if they commit suicide
2) One of the leaders killed yesterday DIRECTED his son to do an attack..which means he was engaged in the planning...here is some more...This guy ACTUALLY PHYSICALLY FOUGHT/ATTACKED ISRAEl...

1. In spirit they can continue to be a leadership factor and the inspiration for their followers...martyrdom can go a long way to inspire followers in a cause. It can last for generations as the mythology of a martyr leader grows stronger.
The point is that their leaders are not suicidal, only their minions are.

He advoctates that others engage in suicide attacks, but not himself. If it is such a great thing to do, a suicide attack, then he should be doing it himself.

As it is, they know the leadership is just like any other false leadership...unwilling to follow their own preaching.

LOL, a Hamas leader who sent his own son on a suicide mission and who openly lived in his own house in a time of war for all intents and purposes begging Israel to make him a martyr - he is not suicidal and he would hesitate to nuke Israel out of fear or reprisal. LOL.

A cease fire is just a pause in the action, which will continue after a break.
Nothing is going to change, until one of the side changes their mentality.
