Why does a stock price that rallies throughout the day and through the night open lower

well perhaps I did miss something because my attention span isn't great reading this type of thing... to be honest no offense I just don't give a shit to anything anymore lol... the only time I pay attention is when I read motorcycle factory manuals lol.

I was giving respect after seeing the screen prints showing the consistent wins... but on 2nd look it's only 20k a year so I am taking it back lol.

I suppose that is why you missed my journey up to $50K and down again. Because you have the attention-span of a slug. You just do not like to read.

Here. you go, Here is my journey thus far in REAL MONEY, which I fucking LIVE ON. This is a video analogy.

Maybe one day you will understand things like this. Until you trade real money, and have an attention span beyond that of a slug, and stop with topics like "trading is easy" and talk about your "pro boys" who do not exist, you'll actually add some value to our community.

But as of now, with that bullshit comment about my journal? Man, you have NO idea the ride I am on. Here's a gander at what my real money journal was like, in 400 seconds.

It is the same damned thing for all real money traders. You go way up, and then you come screaming back to earth. Eventually, some of us get to the moon. :)

ok, then I can tell you I was at roughly the same scale back during 2003-2005 ish.... when the volatility diminished I could only make small profit and it wasn't worth the effort (for me)... then I tried the Asian markets and the results weren't much different... I still have some AUD JPY HKD left in my IB account which I haven't bothered to convert back to USD lol.

and actually when you scale up (someday hopefully) a short attention span is an advantage.. when you know what it means to 'not give a shit about anything anymore' lol.
 
Why it gaps down or up ? Usually because of news, but most of the time is stock manipulation with low volume....yes believe or not ... with low volume...institutions play with price !!!
