why does a stock move several days after its news?

All the valid reasons given why stock prices don't adjust instantly and permanently on the emergence of new fundamentals, suggest (but do not prove) that TA works.

It takes all kinds to make a market.And this next one applies to much more than market making.Market maker said ''you will probably see the news before I do'' He has much more things he wants to look on- besides the news.........:cool::cool:
