Immigrants need to sink or swim. No more handouts, welfare and incentives to bring in bottom feeders. Let immigrants PAY THEIR WAY for the first 5-7 years, with no criminal record. Let them EARN citizenship to this great country. Those that can't afford it or can't earn their keep, won't enter. That simple. This way, we immigrate only the wealthy, academics, and trades people....people who can actually CONTRIBUTE and aren't a cost. The ones who make it through have to work their tails off with no handouts for at least half a decade, before they can apply for citizenship and receive benefits. IOW, they have to EARN it.
