I had repeatedly explained the nature of the bans to you in these forums and you continue to mischaracterize the facts. The first time I was banned was never properly explained by anyone at ET, and Joe, then the administrator, offered to reinstate my handle if I requested it. I didn't think I had to ask since I was not at fault, so I didn't bother. On two other occasions, I relentlessly took marketsurfer to task by not letting him off the hook for nonsense that he continued to write relentlessly, and this in a Journal thread, which should be held to a higher standard. Magna banned me for not taking heed of his warnings, meanwhile marketsurfer continued with his BS unfettered -- at the time. Subsequently, others have taken marketsurfer to task far more disparagingly and more relentlessly than I have for the very same conduct he exhibited, but those other members were neither warned nor banned.

And I explained all of this to you more than once. But you keep bringing it up and mischaracterizing it:

Only when asked belligerently did I not respond, but I never denied it. Not once. And I disclosed fully when asked nicely. Tell me, have you ever confronted destriero on his changes in username?
