Why do people use Volume, Range and Tic charts?

the true believers are out in full force, i see.

so you believe in the perfect fixed trading system?

do you agree with plogics consistent and rabid personal attacks when only his ideas are questioned? is questioning and challenging a trading system an intentional disruption?

I given you numerious opportunities to test what I do but first, your aren't bright enough and second, you have tucked your tail between your legs each time I offered.

You are a lying ignorant malcontent, now go play in the middle of a busy street.

Hi,

Man I can't tell you how frustrated I am right now because I can't figure this out :(
Am I really this slow or is this really this complicated to figure out ?

Here is a question that may help me:

Is there anyway for me to look at all your charts you have posted and figure out what is really going on with all the PPF's, breaches etc or is this impossible because those are drawn in based on a diff CVB chart ?

Cheers :D

Trend comes from the Indicator portion of the chart not the price portion (top). We don't trade trend we trade price. You were really close on the trading oscillations thought. Good job.

Prof Logic, pardon the question if already answered. Do you use square roots because of the William Dunnigan? I am starting to research and read some of the "masters". I hope this isn't off topic. http://www.tradingfives.com/articles/squareroottheory.htm

No, once I figured out that eliminating the noise a chart, created by structuring the chart using Constant Volume bars, I had to find sequential and constant increments. I started with prime numbers just because it seemed like a consistent place to start.

One can't work and that was obvious, three worked but it was too small (created too many chart increments for my liking), five for whatever reason was too erratic due to every fractal being a factor of five. Seven worked fine but being a researcher I couldn't stop there so on to 11. Eleven was good but the chart increments began to become too large. That being tested I went back to 7's because they gave every trader a chart increment they could use; Scalp, Intraday, Swing, Position & Long Term.

You don't have to use primes I just found them to be consistent and that is something I believe all traders could stand to add to their tool chest.

send me the code, i'll be happy to have it tested and report back the results. you have never done this, prefering to resort to personal attacks ( see above ) and anecdotal evidence.

your idea of flying to a hick town to watch merlin trade is not testing, no thanks.

Hello,
Does anyone reading this thread use Sierra charts? I was hoping that you could post an image of a cv chart for some stock as well as their ergodic oscillator, perhaps a 117649 cv chart of the QQQQ or XON. Thank you.

Tim

Look, my offer was for YOU to test it not one of your cronies. If you don't think you are bright enough to credibly evaluate it just say so.

The offer stands but your attendance is required. Hey, you can even sit next to the Dean of the University. He's taking the class. Oh and it isn't a community college either.

But what am I saying, you will never show up and this harassment will continue. An open invitation to give you the perfect opportunity to discredit me and have me labeled a lunatic and you continuously tuck your tail between your legs . . . typical flake.

I repeat again . . . go play with your socialite buddies where you still have some credibility left.
