You forgot to mention CONSERVATIVE DEMOCRTS aka Dixiecrats from the South who are a solid Republican voting block these days.

There is a reason:That's more than the number of Black Republicans in Congress today!
All of the black Democrats in congress were elected from predominately and overwhelmingly black districts. For the Democrats to get black people elected they have to gerrymander the districts into bizarre and convoluted shapes that consider only race. White Democrats have never elected a black congressman.
In contrast, all of the black members of congress from the Republican party were elected from predominately white districts.
There currently is only one black senator and he is a Republican.
