Why do I have Maintance Margin of 63.00?

I have an IB account and when no positions are open I have an Initial/ Maintenance Margin of 63.00, which is subtracted from total funds. This has been going on for a few years now but it's driving me nuts trying to figure out a reason for this.


Anyone know what that $63.00 is for? Shouldn't it be at $0.00 when no trades are open?
 
You may have more than one currency in your account... or the currency in the account is different from the currency in which account is valued.
