Walmart is. Did you read the original article? It's not just about racism. Shooting up schools isn't. The Colorado theater incident wasn't. No mass shooter looking to kill blacks is going to go to the Apollo in NYC to shoot that place up, or some local bar in the hood in Detroit probably because half of the people in there are armed.
