Oh, of course Israel does not sentence people in a court of law. Why waste the money on the appeal and drawn out execution process, why take a chance that the person Israel wants to murder could potentially be found not guilty in a court of when...when they can give the appearance of being anti death penalty, and secretly executing people without a trial...all state sponsored of course.

You freely admit Israel executes people, end of story....

That they don't give that person the execute "unofficially" a fair trial, is par for the course of a revenge oriented eye for an eye uncivilized society...

If Isreal is covering 60%, they're shelling out two and a half billion dollars in `04 alone. Non presidential years will be cheaper, and nonelection years cheaper yet, but that's still a lot of cash.

And that doesn't count all the rest of the stuff the parties do. Websites, polls, hookers, cigars, scotch and drugs cost money too. The odd thing about US national politics is, there is so much stinkin money involved that nobody can afford very much. Even rich jews. That's why most corruption happens at the state, county and city levels. Wanna get a federal bill passed? Better have stacks and stacks (and stacks and stacks) of gold bars. Wanna get some city council to pass a new ordinance? You can carry that amount of cash in your pocket.

No it is not. Assassination of foreign terrorists on foreign soil is assassination of foreign terrorists on foreign soil, death sentence in a court of law is death sentence in a court of law. Israel does have a death penalty for either high treason in a time of war or for crimes against humanity. Adolf Eichmann was executed in israel in 1962. He was the only one that Israel trailed and sentenced to death in the entire short Israel history.

As for killing terrorists, either while they drive a car to plan a bombing in a pizzeria in one of Israel cities, or walking their donkey packed with "kassam" rockets to attack the Israel city of "Shderot", or when rolling a wheel chair to discuss the next strategic step of it's terrorist organization, Israel is simple protecting it self. You won't expect a soldier standing in the battle field not to shoot at his upcoming enemy.

You're absolutely correct and this has never been in dispute, Israel does have a death penalty on the books but it's resorted to it only once in their entire history when they executed Adolf Eichmann. Thousands of terrorists in Israeli jails with blood on their hands have not been sentenced to death by Israeli courts, the arab knesset member who's claiming that he may face a death penalty is lying and trying to dramatize his situation.

So Israel assassinates, without a trial, without presenting evidence and having that evidence cross examined, without a chance for the person who is to be murdered to state their case...they simply execute, murder, then rationalize it is as "justice."

You are a master of rationalization.

If assassination is a good thing, then it would be good when Israelis are assassinated...that is how principles work, if it is a good thing, it is also good for others to do the same thing to you.
