Why did BTOP FX index blow up in June?

Does anyone have any insight as to the numbers here? I assumed at first it was data error, but since it hasn't been fixed... Did a major fund blow up?

Ah, I guess it was a data error. For those who didn't see it before they updated it, they showed a 30% drop in the index in late June.
