Congress has been in the pocket of central bankers for a LONG time.
 
I agree with one point Aaron made. Why put your money in a savings account? It pay's nothing. Might as well take risk and put it to work.

Of course, living beyond your means for today is just stupid. The rubber will meet the road one day and you will be Fubared, as most of the Middle Class are today.

NObama is not going to save them and unemployment will run out. These peope are F(*)d and don't think otherwise.

But, if you can take risk capital and put it to work, now is the time.
