Cities are full of potential criminals prone to impulsive action and lacking the capacity to make mature decisions with firearms.
But the guns in the hands of white people keep them in check. The problem is not enough whites with guns obviously.
Or is arming the shit out of Asians..?
A good proportion of them need to be in engineered support and guidance environments.
We already have mental hospitals and social workers for those who can't cope in an open society. They are spread too thin.
What we have now is neglect, with an illusion of progress spun by the media based on the elevation of the far right side of the distribution curve.

So assess black kids for IQ and anything that might indicate violent tenancies before they commit crimes, then send them to re-education facilities?
Funny, when I was working in Zambia, Robert Mugabe next door in Zimbabwe had a similar idea. And you say black people aren't as clever
If the IQ is low enough that they can't hold a job, they need guidance and support rather than neglect.
