As the chart demonstrates stop, question & frisk was scaled back under political pressure in New Ypork City -- but still is regularly used. It is not "unconstitutional".
If there was no injunction against stop and frisk, NYPD was free to continue.
"New York City can move forward with a court-ordered overhaul of the police tactic known as stop and frisk after a federal appeals court Friday rejected an attempt by police unions to block the changes."
And yet as outlined in the article I posted stop, question & frisk is still being regularly used in 2021 in New York City. Explain to us how -- if this has been ruled "unconstitutional".
They went from over 500,000 stops per year to 13,000 stops per year.You figure it out.
