If republicans want to improve their showing among blacks, their best bet is to get serious about vote fraud, which is where a lot of "black" voting comes from.

But more food stamps (and other aid) are given to "whites" than to "blacks", so if it's the amount of food stamps being handed out that's your concern, why not have an "outreach" to the millions of "whites" who also voted for Obama?
