Great read. But Bernie, like many socialists, is a zealot. You cannot convince a zealot of the err in his ways. Even Paul Krugman, moonbat eCONomist extraordinaire, just said this about Sanders:
Sanders is selling an illusion, but it’s an illusion many people want to believe in, and there’s no easy way to counter that.
I don't think many of us comprehend the magnitude of Bernie's plan. The single-payer initiative, after bureaucratic waste and abuse goes into effect, is easily north 1.5 Trillion dollars per year.. The other programs will cost another Trillion. So he's almost looking to double the size and scope of the Federal Government, which spends roughly 3 Trillion dollars, per year, now.
You because the courageous republicans in congress would rise up and stop him cold, just like they have Obama?
If he threatened to shut down the government or cut defense spending they would immediately roll over.
I always laugh so hard when Bernie goes on his left wing networks to cheerlead his plans, and when asked about how hes going to pay for something, he says something like
"Well Ill tell you how were going to pay for that, we will do it with a "wallstreet speculation tax"
And the seals in the audience just clap and clap and clap and they love it, but wait until some of those asshats come home and check out their 401k's and realise uncle berny was actually talking about taxing THEM, then theres a problem.
:It really is mind boggling how far the left is disconnected from reality when it comes to business, i vividly remember all the lefties laughing at romney when he said "Corporations are people" they simply could not fathom that corporations are not some nefarious entity, they are too goddamn stupid to realise that at the end of the day when you kill a corporation you kill jobs, you kill wealth, you hurt PEOPLE, not just the random boogey man the unintelligent left has created.
