So, why would they withhold his identity? If this guy gets bail, what prevents him from jumping into another car and running down more people? Here is one more puzzling thing. The bail requested for this guy is very low. Why? He killed 5 people no less and injured 40 other people including, small children but, prosecutors asked for a low bail amount for this guy? This guy has something on some higher ups, you better believe it. Will the average joe get the same preferential treatment of very low bail amounts? No way in hell. That is only reserved for special people like this guy.

Bail should be set - not only based on the severity of the crime- but with regard to a defendants past history of appearing or not appearing in court.

This guy should not be given any bail basing it on his past criminal behavior. He just keeps committing crimes and not give a rats ass about it. Obviously, he knows he gets preferential treatment so, less incentive for him to walk the straight and narrow.

I knew of everything prior to any of it showing up on MSM. Police scanners and videos from people that were there. Lot of damning info being covered up by the media. It is astounding the gap between reality and what you watch on the television. The media is pretending they don't know anything. Meanwhile, lots of info is getting scrubbed from the internet relating to the perp. Three letter government agencies trying to cover up and down play the severity. It's actually quite sickening yet fascinating to watch how they do business.
