Why are some securities missing ratios/metrics that can easily be calculated?

I've been wanting to ask this thing for sometime......I look at for example the ServiceNow stock on various site (links below) and they all are missing a value for the P/E ratio. Why? Why especially considering that this ratio should easily be calculated? Anyone able to explain it?

I answered your question. The company had no income so these websites do not place a vaule.

Interestingly sites usually say "n/a" but it's not correct that the information is not available or not applicable, it is simply not a finite number

No problem. Years ago, it was more common to show negative earnings with a negative P-E, not sure why they stopped that.
