Correct,

They're giving them vaccinations (different vaccines plus Covid vaccines) and they're giving those infected with intestinal parasites...dosages of Praziquantel Albendazole, and Ivermectin.

Simply, vaccines are approved for Covid, and Ivermectin is approved for Intestinal Parasites. This has been the guideline for many years except that Covid vaccines were recently added to the list of vaccines given to refugees arriving in the United States.

P.S. Those trying to manipulate the CDC story about Ivermectin are trying to harm others...possibly poison others. That's why we have the CDC and FDA to (minimize) that type of manipulation that harms American citizens.

With millions of people vaccinated across the face of the earth -- it is very clear that that side-effects statistically for vaccines are greatly less than catching Covid.
