Help me understand... why do some people still refuse to get vaccinated? There's no widespread major side effects. And this virus is deadly, killing so many.

And it's not just dumb people.... apparently there's docs and nurses that won't get vaccinated. This is a public health emergency situation, I think that it should be mandatory.

Are there still covid deniers? It's sad to see young people dying from this, too.

Re Spanish flu it was the 2nd wave that killed most. This thing is still a very big threat.

Politics and religion are something that you can't really debate with facts and science. I mean you can try, but people won't listen.

Once a person takes a position on certain political or religious issues it is really hard for them to ACKNOWLEDGE they were WRONG. It is just human nature, nobody likes to be wrong, specially if you have been sticking to your position for months or years.

So these dumbass morons would rather die, than switch positions. And yes, there are plenty of covid deniers even on their death beds.

I agree with you it is hard to understand, but if you know human nature and just how hard it is to change position, it is easier. Think of it when a trader is dead set on being short yet the stock keep raising and the trader keeps averaging down instead of just take an early loss.

These morons average down themselves 6 feet into the ground.

Because there are many stupid, or paranoid people.

I posted yesterday on ET the link to the complete ORIGINAL report from that Spanish professor who, according to newspapers, found graphene, even saying the vaccine is 99% graphene, and proved magnetism. They told he even said that the purpose was to kill people.

The ORIGINAL report shows that none of these things were confirmed. Some of the accusations were even not mentioned at all in the report. The published report is HARD PROOF, whereas the conspiracy theory did not proof anything at all till now.
On top of that is was a "provisional report".

What Is a Provisional Report?

A provisional report means that the scientist is not 100% sure of a report because more information is needed. With a provisional report, the scientist makes an educated guess about the most likely report.

So:
  • more information is needed
  • it is an educational GUESS
  • a likely report
Clearly NO HARD PROOF.

According to ResearchGate, he previously distinguished himself with a study on the tumor-fighting properties of gazpacho (cold tomato soup). LOL.

This vax campaign reminds me of the brexit and trump election counter fuck up.
Where people were taking strong stands and insulting brexiteers and trumpist, by saying "if you are a Brexit/Trump voter you are fucking idiot...", which was kind of true in my view, and I even said that a lot, but it generated the opposite effect on election day.

I am pro vax and always been. But I really don't like to do anything at all that any government ask me to.

I despise politicians and governments, what can I do, I am what I am.

In a world where stupid people out there hate other fellow human being just because of how they look, believe or where they come from, I feel like an angel for only hating people who want me to go war and pay their salary.

It's a bit like when one doesn't like onions... But still eat it in the cooking mix.

At the same time I am covid aware. Locked my business down 2 weeks before Boris idiot Johnson made a move in the UK. Stayed home for 2 months, still wear mask around lots of "maskeless because I got 2 jab people"... And I don't belong to the fragile group.

I trust science with an open mind but will never ever listen to a politician.

Also, I don't see what's the big deal... They will never convice 100% of people to do anything.
70%, 80% of people vaxxed should help contain it if vaccines worked as they say (75%-95% cover).
That was their target anyway.

@Baron what kind of a joke is this? Would it even be considered? Really hope you don't ban a user just because someone threatens to take away a few dollars, if so please ban me too. Let him shill on another platform, the less sub sellers the better
 
Forum owners are increasingly liable for content posted, look at youtube/fb recent actions. Moderation of and preventing potentially dangerous content is required in 2021.
