Off the top of my head I can think of a few gems that I watched on tv.
-democrat julianne malveux saying she wished Clarence Thomas would have a heart attack and die.
-democrat alec baldwin saying that Henry Hyde should be taken outside by a mob and stoned to death.
-democrat sycophant Keith Olberman saying that some guy should take Hillary Clinton into a room and only the guy should come out.
And then there's the movies and plays that advocate, er I mean portray a certain republican president being assassinated.
All in fun, right?

My favorite from the right was when Cheney told Leahy to go fuck himself. Family Guy does a hilarious mock up of Cheney as a Wal-Mart greeter. You can guess how he is greeting the costumers.

sorry Big D I wouldn't consider that NASTY, a couple places it may have been rude, but not nasty.
We've changed strats 100's of times at the command level O-6 and below.... on 0-3 and below we've have changed 10' of thousand of times. CIC and 0-9 level have changed their (something, their story) severals times. So that means we've won now?

"Nice, good people", you mean like Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Chuckie Schumer, the entire Clinton mob, particularly Snakehead Carville, John Murtha, Pelosi, Marion Barry, do I need to continue?
The bottom line is don't expect much in the way of deceny from the leaders of a party whose primary objective is to use government to steal money from people who earned it and use it to pay off supporters.
The principal difference, for the most part, is that the Republicans get nasty by misrepresenting Democrats, whereas Democrats get nasty by simply portraying Republicans as they are. Not in all cases, but for the most part.Quote from flyinglead:
