Why are Europe and US futures all rallying on Hamas victory 26th AM?

Why are Europe and US futures all rallying despite Hamas victory and China making supportive noises about Iran nuke issue? Aren't these significant destabilizing events? Or is it already priced in in the last few days and the news wasn't as bad as the rumor (somehow)?
