I was in Canada for most of the month of August and did not get the impression that most Canadians are that interested in our politics. Obviously, the vast majority of Canadians live within 100 miles of the border, America is their biggest trading partner, we are still the largest economy in the world, and we have as much global influence as anybody. It makes sense that Canadians would be more interested in our politics than we are with theirs.
Most Canadians are foremost interested in Canadian politics. They mock American politics. And by the way... they say we can keep Ted Cruz.
