Why are Black runners so much faster than whitey?

Nowadays liberals actually fall back to what many of us more rational types have been saying all along, black parenting sucks. Ask Obama who had to raise him. Hillary thinks that's the government's job. I'm betting another 40 years and many $T will pass with big government trying to raise black kids. The inevitable failure.... that's the tragedy.

Forty years ago black parenting wasn't all that bad. Today we have a problem. When grandma has yet to reach her 30th birthday, the kid is unlikely to have much stability in their life. Too many black males ignore any responsibility for the kids they create. Community violence goes unchecked. The kids grow up in a war zone with no guidance at all. By the time they get to school, they're already lost. By the age of 10-12 they are violent to the point where they are almost beyond rehabilitation. The educational system has virtually no chance to reach these kids as a result. Trying to upgrade the schools to accomodate this mess is putting the cart after the horse. There is no chance for success using current methods. It is a f'n tragedy!

and we are told all cultures are equal according to the Diversity gospel. Even some blacks think black culture sucks, Bill Cosby used to tell auditoriums full of black people that they were bad parents.

Hillary and Michelle say we need to spend more on these hopeless folks or we are mean. New schools, all kinds of affirmative action etc. are not enough. Now we have to basically provide some sort of government childcare from day 1, it's takes a village eh. Does the left ever consider the other side of social contract?
