The top 25% of america is a very fluid class.
So in an inflationary environment caused by ridiculous govt spending... some will succeed.

But the true deadly tax on the middle class is the inflation causes by run away spending and Fed Reserve policy.

You want a stronger middle class... cut taxes and spending.
