Why Alvin Bragg's Case Against Trump Is 'A Made-Up, Trumped-Up Charge'

Alvin Bragg's Case Against Trump Should Have Been Dismissed

Justice Merchan's opinion apparently ignored several important points of law. For example, it seems to contradict the U.S. Supreme Court's body of cases which limit criminal fraud cases to depriving traditional property interests such as money, not something ephemeral. That's assuming there actually was an intent to defraud, because the only person whom the incorrect labeling affected was Trump himself.

In fact, Bragg's indictment never specifies what the "another crime" is, which is a minimum requirement for any indictment, let alone one of this magnitude.

Trump Has Few Ways to Overturn His Conviction as a New York Felon
The judge in Donald J. Trump’s case closed off many avenues of appeal, experts said, though his lawyers might challenge the novel theory at the case’s center.

List the issues

Trump's planned appeal will take years (that's typical for this type of violation of New York state's campaign finance election rules) and even one of Trump's lawyers understands the appeal process in New York.

Simply, if a New York minute = several years...yeah, there's a slim possibility it will be reversed although not likely. In contrast, other New York state election convictions with less evidence have not been reversed on appeal.

The irony is that Trump has used the "delay strategy" for all of his criminal cases...it did not work in the Hush Money trial and now he must endure being a convicted felon 34x for several years at the minimum...most likely longer considering he's now on the other end of the "delay strategy"....rightfully so.

The best part...Trump has an untamed ego and he'll continue saying shit about the court system including continuing to create conspiracy theory lies even when he goes after those in the appeal process including the judges...it will hurt his appeal. Thus, it will not go well in his appeal in the state of New York.

The best part, Trump can not Pardon himself for felony crimes in New York and this is an important consideration the Supreme Court with look at for the "immunity" issue in the three remaining criminal cases that are Federal (not state).

Simply, the Supreme Court will maintain a trend instead of making a fucking mess of the judicial system...Trump will not get immunity in the remaining three criminal cases and he will again become a convicted felon but on the Federal level.

Another way to look at no immunity is if the President of the United States calls the Seal Team to take out political opponents or use the position of the Presidency to bury (conceal) dirt from the American public in an election year...

Trump has given the Supreme Court a chance to fix a problem in the U.S. Constitution that the founding fathers did not think a criminal idiot like Trump would come along.

With that said, the sentencing issue in New York and at the Federal level is another issue.

Trump is Fucked
