CEO cannot make more than 20 times lowest income fulltime worker.

this will make the economy healthy again.

CEO do not carry risk, unlike small business owners. unless CEO owns 50%+ of shares in company, they cannot earn more than 20 times the lowest income in their organization.

No it won't make the economy more healthy, and its none of your business what a CEO makes unless your an investor in that company. You are the greedy bastard trying to tell everyone what a person should make.
