"Who's your daddy?" paternity testing van

I'm willing to bet some hoods even need a maternity testing van:D :D.
Some populations have gone beyond.
(Forget) "who's my daddy'

right into: "Who's my mamma" territory.

I guess that will happen when 35yo grandmothers raise children.

(whaddya mean she ain't ma sista?)

I'm puzzled, why should a prescription be needed?

Most likely Because it's considered a medical procedure and establishes HIPPA confidentiality.

not to mention revenue from ins providers.
also a cover your ass, business precaution

I would consider it safe to say that RCG is the poster here that would be most likely to need this service. :D
