No, he'll have a legacy - Of lying, deceit, violating his oath of office, and committing numerous criminal acts as president.

But you are right that once Obamacare collapses or is repealed or defunded he will have nothing as an accomplishment. He will be considered the absolute worst president the country has ever had.

Actually he will have one accomplishment. He will usher in the return of the Taliban's control of Afghanistan.
