Who's the best broker for me?

I am a relatively small trader (account is around 25K, but I don't daytrade) who swing trades stocks, futures, and very light options. I'm looking for a discount trader and I need no handholding.

I do, however, need to be able to access the platform from any terminal (computer) without having the software loaded on it.

I've narrowed it down to InteractiveBrokers and OptionsXpress. Before I wire in my money tonight, I just wanted to get some feedback or thoughts, or perhaps a different suggestion if anyone had one.
