I though about a charge-back but I am not sure if too much time has passed since I deposited.
Well, you are required to notify your bank of a dispute (in writing, just calling doesnât obligate them to do anything), within 60 days of the statement date the charge appears on.
You should also contact the company and tell them you are about to reverse the charge. Sometimes it's enough to prompt them to refund your money, as most companies don't want to have any problem with a bank and/or their own payment processor.
