I know nothing about "yournews", I saw the link posted on another site. But they actually (apparently) at least post the actual document, and cite it...
So the claim by “yournews” is 100% false.
At least you admit to not knowing anything about "yournews". Rule of thumb, if you've never heard of the source, it's probably Macedonian teens pushing disinformation for a buck.
