Whoever created this deserves an award

By watching CNN's "legal experts" this weekend, I learned that the term of a president is apparently only three years and eight months rather than four full years.

I also learned that all democrats agree that if the situation were reversed and the dems were in power and they had a chance to fill a vacancy immediately there was no way they would do that because a republican might get elected and it should be his call so they should wait and see to be fair to him/her.
