Whoa Baby! What happened?

At 15:07 Central Time someone put in a buy order for 6000 emini's. There were 614 up ticks during that minute. Previous minute total volume was only 460 contracts. Someone miscalculated the depth of the market.
 
I thought my realtime chart had a few ticks out of line....now I am relieved that my feed isn't so bad after all, but it screwed up my chart and someone's account.

there is no way that these trades will stand. thats about 5000 per contract in a few seconds. I smell LAWSUIT if globex doesn't do something.
 
Oh, my. The last time this kind of events happened was at the early close on the last Thankgiving, not as server as this one. It was 20pt something. This happens once a while in 2-3 months. It hurts all profit of 2-3 months for future players. The Matrix has a glitch when the market is thin. Can this be sovled or avoided?

think twice before swing trading futures.....whoever bought those
is currently trying to get them busted and is pissed off at his broker
