I have little doubt his brother was safely out of the way as an airline pilot however as a kid brother I'd expect Donny did him no favors.

Perhaps he intentionally gave him Tylenol* repeatedly for hangovers knowing the tylenols will kill an alcoholic in a matter of months or less. It's the perfect way to dispose of an alcoholic so long as they don't know Tylenol will kill them. Works with non-alcoholic cats as well. Cats make the same lethal-to-the-liver metabolite as alcoholics do.
