some points
1) i'm a republican, although I *did* vote for clinton the first time. i don't hate him. i know some repubs do
2) bill clinton is not a closet republican, or some such rubbish that several people have posted. bill clinton is a left moderate. for that that (erroneously) equate democrat with liberal, then he doesn't fit their mold of democrat. but democrat =/= liberal. bill - pro choice, pro death penalty, big on war on drugs, etc.
3) hillary, while i respect her hawkishness (she is WAY more hawkish than clinton, and i wouldn't be surprised that if she had been president on sept 11, she would have been way more hawkish than bush. seriousy - would make a terrible president. i could vote for clinton (bill), even as a republican. i think he is deeply flawed as an individual, but i agree with dick morris - he's a good president for domestic policy - horrid for foreign policy. hillary is not NEARLY as smart as bill, and i am talking street smarts/common sense as well. she is also the worst type of identity politix privileged guilty liberal that i just can't stand. she is big brother with a bra personified.
4) condi is brilliant, and has demonstrated leadership from a young age. she simply rocks. as much as i disagree with mccain on many issues, he and condi would be an awesome ticket
5) mitt romney would be a great candidate also, but i think the mormon factor could hurt him. of course, many said the same about kennedy and the catholic factor, so who knows?
