You did not answer on the problem I posed. Write a system in Amibroker that enters at the close of each bar and exits at the open of next bar. You just posted some system that enters at some close and exits at some open. I don't understand why you have to get so sensitive about it and attack people you don't know. Do you have psychological problems? Here you go:
Data: MSFT daily from yahoo! Start at : 01/2002 (so everyone can get that)
Rules: Enter at close of each bar and exit at open of next bar.
Post the results here. First 20 trades. Let us see what you get you "expert".
Try to be nice. Otherwise you are onlu hurting yourself. Badly...
I did what you wrote in your PN, funnybill. Are you imbecile or what?
Remember again
Hi,
I remember I was trying to buy at the close and exit at the next open and I had a hard time getting it do it right. When I got it working, the code was correct but the report was wrong.
Bill
That's what I did in the sample system. And AB did it right.
"Exit at next open" can mean anything. "Exit at next open" doesn't explicitly mean "Exit at next bar's open after previous bar's close that was entry" but it can. You also did not mention to buy at close of each bar. If that's what you are after then do write it that way, funnybot. What a nut.
