I'm not impressed.
Why does the tax rate on the rich have any bearing on whether I start a business or my success in that business?
Look up and down main street and see how many start ups are individuals. Zero. Oh yea, I forgot - nail salon, tanning salon.
There are plenty of middle class people who'd like to start a business and would probably succeed but why bother, no money in it.
Still no bearing on the tax rate of the rich.
Do you guys realize their are hot dog carts in nyc that have 100's of thousands of fines outstanding. A friggin hot dog cart. How in the heck can you fine a guy selling hot dogs, thousands of dollars?
What does this have to do with the tax rate of the rich?
If you ask any small business person, who is your worst paying customer, you'll get one of two answers. The state, if you do business with the state and secondly, a corporate account.
yeah well maybe middle class creates jobs but they sure as heck can't start a business and be profitable and this has little to do with the tax rate of the rich.
I'm not bitchin per se but if you feel like working like a donkey to be a cash churner for the various local state and fed gov't, go ahead and start a business, create jobs, be all you can be.
