It is the exception that confirms the rule that vaccination works.
The fact that you post this it means that you understand that Haiti is not a normal situation.
Haiti represents just 0.148% of the world population. So what happens there has no statistical value at all. It would be different if they were 14% of the world population.

almost all cars that had an accident at night had their lights on. So from now on everubody should leave their lights off at night to reduce the number of accidents. Because there are close to zero accidents with cars without light, at night.

He is saying that there are an abnormal number of deaths and disabilities and they are NOT covid.

I guess when you don't get your cancer treatment in time or the ambulance has to wait 5 hours with your chest pain and you die of a heart attack, those are not Covid.
