I know someone who felt the same way the day after her second Moderna shot. The symptoms went away the following day. She had no such reaction to the first dose. So, going by her experience, you should be fine tomorrow.

Tylenol has always worked best for me with illness related body aches and reducing fever. The Nsaids seem to work best for joint type pain, at least with me.
