If treated good, Covid is for most people not a problem. The problem is in the first 3 words of my posting: If treated good.
It become massively problematic if there is not enough capacity to treat people. At this moment 76% of all ICU in the US are occupied. Roughly 25% is occupied by Covid patients. If there is a new wave, there will be not enough capacity to treat all people good. Result is that those who are not treated have a big chance to die. If number of hospitalized Covid patients would double, there is no place anymore in ICU's.
Many diseases are relative innocent; but when they are not treated, a lot of them become deadly.
I predcited that the real problomwouldmake Covid deadly. Here you see what happens in the UK:
GMB national officer Rachel Harrison said: "This cannot go on - something has got to give. Ambulance staff are going off sick in droves while the service collapses around them, despite their heroic efforts."
