It's not a clear pic, but from the details I can make out - slim fit, two buttons, chest pocket with pocket square, notched and not too narrow lapels, four-button cuffs, welt pockets - I would say that is an Armani Collezioni "Giorgio" Suit in midnight blue. The dead giveaway for me is the welt pockets.

Personally not a fan of the gay slim look that is trendy but who am I to judge. I wear only Ermenegildo Zegna because they hang better on me.
