Who just launched an ICBM 35 miles from SoCal coast?

Possibly not a missile, but one of the DoD CHEMTRAIL planes that spray aerosol all over the USA in cross-cross patterns.

That contrail is unusually thick and wide. I've noticed similar chemtrails in Chicago (perhaps 1/100) where the plane will spray at almost a 45 degree angle upwards, and have some major spraying power.

This, I believe is what it is, and also why they cannot offer an official explanation (those aren't chemtrails, or environmental modification aerosol spraying, SHEEP, it's simply WATER CRYSTALS, nothing to see here!).

I doubt it was a missile.

An ICBM carries the benefit of traveling Very, Very FARRR. So why launch it 35-miles away from your adversary's coast and risk retaliation?

Unless better video evidence surfaces, it was just a CHEMTRAIL plane.

And those of you who don't know what Chemtrails are, I feel sorry for you. Look up at the sky sometime.

It's a constant reminder that you are a SERF and they are the your OVERLORDS.

Of course at least one idiot had to enter the fracas....

Seriously, if I want to secretly spray the country, wouldn't I do it during dark hours? And if I want to spray the CA coast, why do it from 35 miles away??

I know there is no point in making sense with idiots, but the knowledge you posses makes you how much well protected compared to people not in the know???

The knowledge I 'posses' makes me less secure than those not in the know. That, I admit freely.

I wrote something that scared you, and this is your defensive posture. My explanation for the event 35 miles off CA coast is likely the correct one.

Chemtrails aren't a secret. Several LA television stations have reported on it. If you go on the street and talk to people at random, possibly 1/3 to 1/4 will tell you they know about the spraying (and probably abhor it, and it RUINS otherwise sunny days).

People like you are SUBJECTS.

People like me are CITIZENS.

There is a major difference, clearly.

GL with your insecurities. I hope one day you become more educated, more conscientious of what's happening around you, and more open to unconventional interpretations of 'common events.'

Mystery solved.........

Said John Pike, a defense and aerospace expert who runs GlobalSecurity.org: "This thing is so obviously an airplane contrail, and yet apparently all the king's horses and all the king's men can't find someone to stand up and say it." He added, "I guess the president's out of town."

The object, Pike said, was moving too slowly to be a missile, adding: "There's a reason that they're called rockets."

It looked like a missile launch, he said, because of an optical illusion that made the contrail appear as though it started on the ground and zoomed straight up.

In reality, he said, the contrail began on the horizon and ran parallel to the ground.

"It was an unusually clear day," he said. So what looked like a missile launch 35 miles off the coast of Los Angeles was actually the contrail of a jet that stretched 300 miles into the distance, he said.

"At the end of the day, you really have to go with the simplest explanation," he added.

Pike was joined in his opinion by geeks and experts. Web traffic was so intense on one site, ContrailScience.com, that its owner had to send visitors to an overflow site.

FAA said no planes in that area at that time

Can't believe this still cannot be figured out!

And this thread moved to politics and religion?

Is a missile being launched 35 miles from the coast of CA not an event that has something to do with national security?

Notice that the contrail shows the effect of corkscrewing which indicates that the body was spinning. So I doubt very much that it was caused by an airplane unless the plane was doing aerobatics.

I, of course, didn't see it but my best guess from the looks of the contrail was that it was probably a missile.

If I had seen the contrail, I could have roughly calculated the spin rate and perhaps determined if the missile was guided or unguided and whether it was a surface to air or surface to surface type.

I am guessing it was a surface to air type.

That "scientist" who said "that is obviously an aircraft" is in my opinion, a bought and paid for son of a bitch and like so many others that I knew when I worked for the navy, air force and army.
