Is there anyone who stammers more and as such more annoying than Paulson when he opens his mouth (Bush don't count - he's in a category of his own). Jesus, every time he opens his mouth to speak I wince when I hear him since he sounds like he is just winging it and doesn't quite know what to do or say.
